ケネディクス・レジデンシャル・ネクスト投資法人が、第23期（2023年7月期）決算を発表した。 第23期は、「サニーライフ立川」等ヘルスケア施設2物件を取得した。住宅の期中平均稼働率は97.1％と前期より0.4ポイント上昇、また賃料増加率も前期より上昇した。前期に取得した物件が通期寄与する一方、前期の物件売却益がなくなったことにより、前期比2.0％減益。一時差異等調整積立金より20百万円を取り崩すが、1口当たり分配金は4,224円と前期を僅かに下回った。 期末のポートフォリオは182物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は3,042億円、有利子負債比率は50.6％。 第24期は、11月にケネディクス・オフィス投資法人とケネディクス商業リート投資法人と合併するため、運用期間は8月～10月までの3ヶ月間。10月30日に上場廃止の予定。 これにより当期利益は2,083百万円、分配見合いの1口当たり合併交付金は2,070円（6ヶ月換算で4,140円）となる見通し。 なお、合併後のKDX不動産投資法人は、物件数350物件、資産規模1兆1,498億円の総合型REITとなる予定。
