A residential focused J-REIT. Investment amount per unit was 200,000 JPY (about 2.5 times that of other J-REITs) at the time of incorporation. Set its targeted investment ratio for the Tokyo metropolitan area at 50% or more of its portfolio, which is rather low, allowing ample room for investment in other regions. In August 2013, carried out its first public offering after listing, increasing its assets from 33,000 million JPY to 101,600 million JPY and enabling it to raise unsecured debt.
