ケネディクス・レジデンシャル・ネクスト投資法人（KDR）が、仙台に保有するレジデンスを売却する。 売却する物件は、仙台市郊外、地下鉄泉中央駅より徒歩13分にある、2007年竣工のDINKS向けマンション。KDRは2013年に取得した。仙台市中心部に比べて需要が劣る点から、将来的な収益低下及び売却リスクを考慮し、売却を決定した。売却額は5.4億円。 これにより第17期（2020年7月期）に売却益83百万円が発生する見込み。売却益を全額分配する一方、当初想定していた内部留保取崩額を減額するため、業績予想の修正はなし。
