ケネディクス・レジデンシャル・ネクスト投資法人が、投資口の追加発行を行う。 発行口数は82,100口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出口数は4,105口。これにより発行後の投資口数は11％増の869,133口となる予定。 調達額は131億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。 新たに取得する物件は、賃貸住宅4物件、介護老人保健施設5物件の計9物件、取得額は計254.9億円。これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は13.2％増の2,183億円となる。 これらに伴い、第13期（2018年7月期）及び第14期（2019年1月期）業績予想を修正。 第13期は、支払利息の増加等により6月に公表した業績予想に対し1.3％減益を見込むが、負ののれんの取崩し額を増加し、1口当たり分配金は4,026円と変わらない見通し。 第14期は、新規9物件の収益が寄与し、3月に公表した業績予想に対し17.4％増益を見込む。投資口数が増加するも、1口当たり分配金は3,852円と5.8％上回る見通し。 併せて第15期（2019年7月期）業績予想も発表。固都税の増加により前期予想比2.5％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は3,753円となる見通し。
