ケネディクス・レジデンシャル投資法人が、第11期（平成29年7月期）決算を発表した。 第11期は、匿名組合出資持分を取得。前期の物件売却益がなくなるも、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働、既存物件の稼働率上昇や礼金収入により、前期比0.2％増益、1口当たり分配金は6,633円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは113物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,550億円、有利子負債比率は48.9％。 第12期（平成30年1月期）は「KDXレジデンス西新」「KDXレジデンス豊洲」を取得。これによる賃貸収益が寄与し、前期比2.5％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は6,800円となる見通し。 今後2～3年の目標として、資産規模2,000億円、巡航分配金7,100円を目指す。
