ケネディクス・レジデンシャル投資法人が、第9期（平成28年7月期）決算を発表した。 第9期における物件取得はなし。固都税が増加するも、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働や、既存物件の稼働率上昇が寄与し、前期比0.4％増益。内部留保より28百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は6,360円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは105物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,481億円、有利子負債比率は46.8％。 第10期（平成29年1月期）は、「KDXレジデンス西麻布」等都内のレジデンス9棟を取得する一方、地方都市のレジデンス2棟を売却予定。これによる賃貸収益の増加や物件売却益29百万円により、前期比3.5％増益を見込む。売却益を内部留保とするも、1口当たり分配金は6,420円と前期を0.9％上回る見通し。なお、9棟取得及び2棟売却後の資産規模（取得額合計）は1,544億円、有利子負債比率は49.0％を見込む。
