ケネディクス・レジデンシャル投資法人がレジデンスの取得、有料老人ホーム（底地）の売却を発表した。取得する物件は、都営地下鉄森下駅より徒歩7分に位置する、平成19年竣工、12階建の単身者向けマンション。取得額11億円、総戸数65戸、3月末時点の稼働率は94.7％。一方、売却する物件は、川崎市宮前区にある有料老人ホーム「ニチイホームたまプラーザ」の底地。売却額11.2億円。簿価との差額は130百万円となり売却益が発生するが、業績予想の修正はなし。
