ケネディクス・レジデンシャル投資法人が第6期（平成27年1月期）決算を発表した。第6期は、期初に投資口の追加発行を行い、レジデンス11棟を取得。これにより前期比19.3％増益。投資口数が15.5％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は6,232円と前期を3.3％上回った。期末のポートフォリオは92棟、資産規模（取得価格計）は1,221億円、有利子負債比率は53.7％。第7期（平成27年7月期）は、2期連続となる投資口の追加発行を行い、11棟を取得。これにより前期比23.4％増益を見込む。投資口数25％増により、1口当たり分配金は6,150円と前期を1.3％下回る見通し。続く第8期（平成28年1月期）1口当たり分配金は6,120円となる見通し。
