ケネディクス・レジデンシャル投資法人が投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は67,900口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し2,100口。これにより発行後の投資口数は25％増の349,122口となる予定。調達額は約230億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。新たに取得する物件は「KDXレジデンス半蔵門」等レジデンス11棟、取得額は計236億円。これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は19％増の1,457億円となる。これらに伴い第7期（平成27年7月期）業績予想修正、第8期（平成28年1月期）業績予想を発表。第7期は、前回予想比31.5％増益を見込み、投資口数が増加するも1口当たり分配金は6,150円と前回予想を5.1％上回る見通し。第8期の1口当たり分配金は6,120円となる見通し。
