ケネディクス・レジデンシャル投資法人が第5期（平成26年7月期）決算を発表した。第5期はKDXレジデンス錦糸町、匿名組合出資持分2件を取得。前期に取得した物件の固都税計上や運用報酬の増加等により、前期比10.7％減益、1口当たり分配金は6,033円となった。期末の有利子負債比率は52.0％。第6期（平成27年1月期）は、期初に投資口の追加発行を行いレジデンス8棟を取得。これにより前期比15.5％増益を見込む。投資口数15.5％増加するが1口当たり分配金は6,030円と前期と同水準となる見通し。続く第7期（平成27年7月期）1口当たり分配金は5,850円となる見通し。
