ケネディクス・レジデンシャル投資法人が第4期(平成26年1月期)決算を発表した。第4期は、期初に投資口の追加発行を行い60棟を取得。これにより資産規模は従来の約3倍の990億円となった。60棟の賃貸収益が寄与し、前期比301%増益、投資口数が220%増加するも、1口当たり分配金は6,756円と前期を25%上回った。第5期(平成26年7月期)は、前期に取得した60棟の固都税計上等やテナント募集費、資産運用報酬等の増加等により、前期比15%減益、1口当たり分配金は5,700円となる見通し。
