ケネディクス・レジデンシャル投資法人が第3期(平成25年7月期)決算を発表した。第3期は、レジデンスに投資するSPCの匿名組合出資持分を取得。前期比1.9%増収となるも、上場時に取得した物件の固都税計上により前期比12.3%減益、1口当たり分配金は5,390円となった。第4期(平成26年1月期)は、期初に投資口の追加発行を行い、60棟を取得。これにより前期比262%増益、投資口数が220%増加するも、1口当たり分配金は6,100円と前期を13%上回る見通し。続く第5期(平成26年7月期)は第4期に取得した物件の固都税計上を見込み、前期予想比9%減益、1口当たり分配金は5,550円となる見通し。
