3278 Kenedix Residential Next Investment Corporation

ケネディクス・レジデンシャル投資法人が投資口の追加発行、60棟取得を発表。資産規模1,000億円へ。

ケネディクス・レジデンシャル投資法人(KDR)が投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は165,000口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し5,000口。これにより発行後の総投資口数は225%増の245,440口となる見込み。調達資金は約343億円を見込み、併せて取得を発表した60棟の取得資金に充当する。新たに取得する物件は首都圏を中心に全国のレジデンス60棟、取得額は計685億円。これによりKDRのポートフォリオは80棟、資産規模は1,000億円となる。これらに伴い第4期(平成26年1月期)及び第5期(平成26年7月期)業績予想を発表。第4期は、上記60棟取得により前期予想比256%増益、投資口数が225%増加するも、1口当たり分配金は5,800円と9.4%増加する見通し。続く第5期は固都税の増加等を見込み、前期予想比6.8%減益、1口当たり分配金は5,400円となる見通し。
