ケネディクス・レジデンシャル投資法人が第1期（平成24年7月期）決算を発表した。第1期の実質運用期間は、上場日である4月26日から7月31日までの97日間。上場時にレジデンス18棟、底地2件を取得して運用を開始。業績予想に対して稼働率が低下し1%減収となるも、管理費及び原状回復費が減少したことにより、予想比1.3%増益、1口当たり分配金は3,378円となった。第2期（平成25年1月期）は通常の6か月稼働となることから、前期比81%増益、1口当たり分配金は6,100円となる見通し。
