ケネディクス・レジデンシャル投資法人（KDR）が4月26日に東証に上場する。J-REITの新規上場は、合併により新設したアドバンス・レジデンス投資法人を除くと、産業ファンド投資法人の上場以来4年半ぶりとなる。スポンサーはケネディクス(株)1社のみ。ケネディクスにおいては、ケネディクス不動産投資法人、日本ロジスティクスファンド投資法人に次いで3つ目のREITとなる。KDRは、賃貸住宅、社宅、高齢者向け住宅、サービスアパートメント、底地を投資対象とするレジデンス特化型。上場時のポートフォリオは賃貸マンション18棟、底地2件の計20件、資産規模は304億円。上場時に投資口の発行74,690口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出2,310口を実施し約150億円を調達する予定。ブックビルディングは4月11日～17日、発行価格は4月18日に決定する。
