日本ロジスティクスファンド投資法人（JLF）が、「小牧物流センターⅡ」を10月に売却する。 売却する物件は、愛知県小牧市にある、1992年竣工の物流施設。JLFの投資口価格が軟調であることから、資本コストの改善を目的に売却することを決定した。売却額は22.5億円。売却先はクリアル。これにより売却益605百万円が発生する。売却益は一部を分配し、残りを内部留保する予定だが、現時点で業績予想の修正はなし。
