日本ロジスティクスファンド投資法人が、自己投資口の取得を行うことを発表した。自己投資口の取得は、2018年以来5年ぶり、3回目となる。 NAV倍率が1倍を下回り割安の水準であることから、資本政策の一環として実施する。 取得する口数は上限3,300口（発行済投資口数の0.35％）、取得総額は上限10億円。取得した投資口は第37期（2024年1月期）末に消却する予定。 なお、自己投資口の取得及び消却に伴う1口当たり分配金への影響は、第37期及び第38期（2024年7月期）ともに+20円と試算する。
