日本ロジスティクスファンド投資法人が、第35期（2023年1月期）決算を発表した。 第35期は、「浦安物流センター」の再開発が完了し、建物を取得した。修繕費や資産運用報酬が増加したが、浦安物流センターの収益が寄与し、前期比5.7％増益。1口当たり分配金は5,235円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは52物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は2,905億円、有利子負債比率は43.6％。 第36期（2023年7月期）は、固都税や修繕費等の増加により、前期比2.0％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は5,130円となる見通し。 第37期（2024年1月期）は、既存物件の賃料増額や減価償却費の減少等により、前期予想比0.8％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は5,170円となる見通し。 引き続き自社による再開発や事業パートナーとの協同開発を含めた外部成長と、賃料増額による内部成長を実現し、中期目標である1口当たり分配金5,600円～5,700円を目指す。
