日本ロジスティクスファンド投資法人が、第34期（2022年7月期）決算を発表した。 第34期は、投資口の追加発行を行い、「久喜物流センター」「板橋物流センター」を取得した。これにより前期比5.0％増益。投資口数が3.2％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は4,955円と前期比1.7％増となった。 期末のポートフォリオは52物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は2,843億円、有利子負債比率は43.7％。 第35期（2023年1月期）は、「浦安物流センター」の再開発が完了し建物を取得する。修繕費や資産運用報酬が増加するが、浦安物流センターの賃貸収益が寄与し、前期比4.7％増益となり、1口当たり分配金は5,190円となる見通し。 第36期（2023年7月期）は、固都税の増加により、前期予想比1.2％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は5,130円となる見通し。 引き続き自社による再開発や事業パートナーとの協同開発を含めた外部成長と、賃料増額による内部成長を実現し、中期目標である1口当たり分配金5,600円～5,700円を目指す。
