日本ロジスティクスファンド投資法人が、第33期（2022年1月期）決算を発表した。 第33期における物件取得はなし。前期計上した浦安物流センターの再開発に伴う解体費、千葉北物流センターのリニューアルに伴う修繕費がなくなったことから、前期比12.7％増益。1口当たり分配金は4,871円と前期比1.5％増となった。 期末のポートフォリオは50物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は2,716億円、有利子負債比率は44.1％。 第34期（2022年7月期）は、投資口の追加発行を行い「久喜物流センター」「板橋物流センター」を取得。これにより前期比4.2％増益を見込む。投資口数が3.2％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は4,920円と前期比1％増となる見通し。 第35期（2023年1月期）は、浦安物流センターが竣工し建物を取得する。これによる収益が寄与し、前期予想比5.5％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は5,190円となる見通し。 増資後の1口当たり巡航分配金が5,130円となり、中期目標である5,000円を達成できることから、新たな目標として1口当たり5,600円～5,700円を設定。 また自社による再開発案件に加え、工場や商業施設等の他用途からの転用や、既存物件の隣地の取得も検討していく構え。
