日本ロジスティクスファンド投資法人（JLF）が、開発案件の取得を契約した。 物件は、阪神高速尼崎西インターより1.3キロ、大阪湾岸の物流施設集積地に、2022年11月に竣工予定の物流施設。取得予定額は44.67億円。土地を保有する近畿総合リースとJA三井リース建物が共同開発し、建物竣工後にJLFが土地及び建物を取得する予定。既にテナントが決定しており、NOI利回りは4.2％を想定。
