日本ロジスティクスファンド投資法人（JLF）が、第32期（2021年7月期）決算を発表した。 第32期は、「愛西物流センター」を取得。JLFが自ら再開発を行う浦安物流センターの解体費用、千葉北物流センターのリニューアル工事により、前期比5.0％減益。内部留保より431百万円を取崩し、1口当たり分配金は4,800円と前期と同額となった。 期末のポートフォリオは50物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は2,716億円、有利子負債比率は44.2％。 第33期（2022年1月期）は、千葉北物流センターのリニューアル工事が終了し稼働を開始する。これによる増収や、前期の解体費用及びリニューアル工事費用がなくなるため、前期比12.2％増益を見込む。1口当たり分配金は4,850円となる見通し。 第34期（2022年7月期）は、浦安物流センターが7月に竣工予定。千葉北物流センターの通期稼働や修繕費の減少により、前期比0.4％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は4,870円となる見通し。 引き続き中期目標である1口当たり分配金5,000円を目指す。
