日本ロジスティクスファンド投資法人（JLF）が、埼玉県戸田市、外環道戸田東IC至近に2019年4月竣工予定の物流施設を、竣工後に取得することを発表した。 JLFが運用する他の物流施設のテナントであるナカノ商会との共同プロジェクト。ナカノ商会が保有する土地に建物を建築後、JLFが土地及び建物を取得する。テナントは既に決定しており、取得時に100％稼働の見込み。取得額は20.52億円、NOI利回りは4.8％を想定。
