日本ロジスティクスファンド投資法人が、物流施設3物件を取得する。 取得する物件は、千葉県柏市、白井市、宮城県仙台市にある物流施設。3物件の取得額は計69億円。3物件のうち白井物流センターは契約時点で未竣工のため、リーシング期間を経て1年以内に取得する予定。3物件取得後のポートフォリオの規模は2.6％増の2,749億円となる。
