日本ロジスティクスファンド投資法人が、物流施設2物件を取得する。2物件の取得額は計270億円。自己資金及び借入金にて取得する。 1物件は、東名高速横浜町田インター至近に位置する、平成23年竣工、4階建のマルチテナント型物流施設。テナント6社に賃貸しており、稼働率は100％。取得額254億円は、ポートフォリオで最大規模となる。売り主は、スポンサーグループである三井物産リアルティ・マネジメントが運用するファンド。 もう1物件は、大阪北部、名神高速茨木インターより10キロに位置する、平成22年竣工、3階建の物流施設。物流事業を行うロンコ・ジャパンに賃貸しており、稼働率は100%。 これら2物件取得により、ポートフォリオ全体の規模は11％増の2,679億円となる。
