日本ロジスティクスファンド投資法人が、第22期（平成28年7月期）決算を発表した。第22期における物件取得はなし。前期に取得した4物件が通期寄与する一方、固都税の増加により営業利益ベースでは前期比1.4％減益だが、投資口発行費用や支払利息の減少に伴い、当期純利益は0.4％増益、1口当たり分配金は4,048円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは42物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は2,126億円、有利子負債比率は34.2％。 第23期（平成29年1月期）は、現在建築中の「清須物流センター」が竣工予定。支払利息の増加等により前期比0.2％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は4,040円となる見通し。 第24期（平成29年7月期）は「新木場物流センターⅡ」と「春日井物流センター（建物）」を取得予定。これによる賃貸収益が寄与し、前期予想比1.5％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は4,100円となる見通し。
