日本ロジスティクスファンド投資法人が、江東区新木場の物流施設を来年3月に取得する。物件は、首都高湾岸線新木場ICより1.8キロに位置する、平成27年竣工、5階建の物流施設。スポンサーの1社であるケネディクスが開発した。取得額は152.7億円。契約時現在の稼働率は47.3％のため想定NOI利回りは2.4％だが、早期にテナント誘致を図る見込み。
