日本ロジスティクスファンド投資法人（JLF）が、愛知県の春日井物流センター（建物）を竣工後に取得する契約を締結した。JLFは本物件の底地を平成27年4月に取得しており、矢野建設と事業用定期借地契約を締結するとともに、将来的な再開発に関する協定を結んでいた。3月に旧テナントが退去したため、再開発計画を実行し、矢野建設が建設する建物を竣工後にJLFが取得する。平成29年5月に竣工、平成30年5月にJLFが取得予定。なお、再開発中の地代が発生しない代わりに、竣工後引渡しまでに矢野建物が摂津倉庫から受領する賃料分を取得額から減額する予定。
