日本ロジスティクスファンド投資法人が、第21期（平成28年1月期）決算を発表した。第21期は、投資口の追加発行を行い、物流施設4棟を取得。4棟の賃貸収益と、再開発を行った八千代物流センターの通期稼働が寄与し、前期比10.6％増益。投資口数が6％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は4,033円と前期を4.3％上回った。期末のポートフォリオは42物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は2,126億円、有利子負債比率は34.2％。第22期（平成28年7月期）は、前期に取得した物件が通期寄与する一方、固都税の増加等により、前期比0.1％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は4,030円となる見通し。続く第23期（平成29年1月期）1口当たり分配金も4,030円となる見通し。併せて保有する愛知県清須市の底地に、投資法人自ら建物を建築することを発表。平成29年1月竣工予定。また新たに今後3年間の中期経営計画を発表。年平均2％の成長を目指し、3年後の1口当たり分配金4,280円を目標とする。
