日本ロジスティクスファンド投資法人が第20期（平成27年7月期）決算を発表した。第20期は、相模原物流センターと春日井物流センター（底地）を取得。これによる賃貸収益が寄与する一方、前期の物件売却益がなくなることから、前期比41.2％減益、1口当たり分配金は3,866円となった。期末のポートフォリオは38物件、資産規模（取得額計）は2,037億円、有利子負債比率は36.0％。併せて投資口の追加発行を発表。発行口数は47,500口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し2,500口。これにより発行後の投資口数は6.0％増の880,000口となる予定。調達額は約104億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。新たに取得する物件は、千葉県及び神奈川県の物流施設計4棟、取得額は計88.48億円。これらに伴い第21期（平成28年1月期）は、新規4棟の賃貸収益が寄与し、前期比9.7％増益を見込み、投資口数が増加するも1口当たり分配金は4,000円と前期を3.5％上回る見通し。続く第22期（平成28年7月期）1口当たり分配金も4,000円となる見通し。
