日本ロジスティクスファンド投資法人が愛知県春日井市の物流施設の底地を取得する。取得する底地は、東名高速春日井ICより6.6キロに位置する、伊藤忠食品の物流施設の底地。敷地面積は15,768平米。建物を取得する矢野建設と10年間の定期借地権契約を締結する。併せて、同社と将来的な再開発を検討する事業協定を締結する。
