日本ロジスティクスファンド投資法人が第19期（平成27年1月期）決算を発表した。第19期は、多治見物流センターを追加取得する一方、船橋西浦物流センターⅡと横須賀物流センターを売却。また再開発を行っていた八千代物流センターが竣工した。物件売却益26億円が寄与し、前期比75.6％増益。物件売却益のうち22億円を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は3,900円となった。期末のポートフォリオは36棟、資産規模（取得額計）は1,949億円、有利子負債比率は35.2％。第20期（平成27年7月期）は、相模原物流センターを取得。前期の物件売却益がなくなるため、前期比42.2％減益、1口当たり分配金は3,800円となる見通し。続く第21期（平成28年1月期）は八千代物流センターの満室稼働を見込み、前期予想比3.9％増益、1口当たり分配金は3,950円となる見通し。
