日本ロジスティクスファンド投資法人（JLF）が匿名組合出資持分を取得する。匿名組合出資を行うファンドの対象資産は、東関東自動車道千葉北ICより1.4キロにある、平成9年竣工の物流施設。2月18日時点の鑑定価格は47.4億円。JLFの出資割合は匿名組合出資全体の4.3%。併せてJLFは平成28年4月を行使期限とする本物件の優先交渉権を取得する。
