日本ロジスティクスファンド投資法人が第17期（平成26年1月期）決算を発表した。第17期は、投資口の追加発行を行い4棟を取得。これによる賃貸収益の増加及び前期の固定資産除却損がなくなること等により、前期比42%増益。投資口数が12%増加するも、1口当たり分配金は18,196円と前期を4%上回った。第18期（平成26年7月期）は、三郷と福岡の物流施設を取得。これによる賃貸収益が寄与し、前期比2.3%増益を見込む。投資口5分割により、1口当たり分配金は3,720円（分割前18,600円）となる見通し。続く第19期（平成27年1月期）は1口当たり分配金3,740円（分割前18,700円）となる見通し。
