日本ロジスティクスファンド投資法人（JLF）が、匿名組合出資持分を取得する。匿名組合出資を行うファンドの対象資産は、神奈川県座間市にある平成12年竣工の物流施設。1月時点の鑑定価格は1,760百万円。JLFの出資額は19.78百万円。これに伴いJLFは平成28年3月を行使期限とする対象資産の優先交渉権を取得する。
