日本ロジスティクスファンド投資法人が投資口の分割を発表した。平成26年1月末を基準日として第18期（平成26年7月期）より投資口1口を5口に分割する。これに伴い第18期の投資口数は166,000口から830,000口となり、1口当たり分配金を18,500円から3,700円へ修正した。
