日本ロジスティクスファンド投資法人が第16期（平成25年7月期）決算を発表した。第16期は物流施設2棟を取得。八千代物流センターの再開発に伴う解体工事のため固定資産除却損704百万円を計上。これにより前期比21%減益となるが、JLF初となる利益超過分配を行うこととし、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金を含む）は17,500円となった。併せて、投資口の追加発行を行うことを発表。発行口数は16,000口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し2,000口。これにより発行後の総投資口数は12%増の166,000口となる見通し。調達額は151億円を見込み、新たに取得する物流施設及び底地計3件（取得額計191億円）の取得資金に充当する。これらに伴い、第17期（平成26年1月期）は8月に取得した武蔵村山物流センター及び上記3件取得の収益寄与、前期に計上した固定資産除却損がなくなること等から、前期比40%増益、投資口数が増加するも1口当たり分配金は18,000円となる見通し。続く第18期（平成26年7月期）1口当たり分配金は18,500円となる見通し。
