日本ロジスティクスファンド投資法人（JLF）が福岡の物流施設を取得する。物件は、博多湾沿岸の福岡都市高速道貝塚IC近くにある、平成18年竣工4階建の物流施設。物流事業を行うナカノ商会がSPCを通して開発した物件であり、JLFが取得後も同社がテナントとなり、残存20年間の定期賃貸借契約（賃料改定不可）を締結する。
