日本ロジスティクスファンド投資法人（JLF）が第15期（平成25年1月期）決算を発表した。第15期は辰巳物流センターを取得。これによる賃貸収益が寄与し前期比3%増益、1口当たり分配金は18,215円となった。併せてJLFは自ら八千代物流センターの再開発を行うことを発表。解体コスト622百万円及び1年半の未稼働により一時的に減益となるも、含み益525百万円の確保及びNOI292%増の収益向上を見込む。これに伴い、第16期（平成25年7月期）は解体コストによる分配金への影響を回避するため、一時的な利益超過分配を行う。前期比21%減益となるも、利益超過分配金473百万円を見込み、利益超過分配を含む1口当たり分配金17,500円となる見通し。続く第17期（平成26年1月期）は利益超過分配を行わず、1口当たり分配金は18,000円となる見通し。
