日本ロジスティクスファンド投資法人が千葉県柏市にある物流施設を取得する。物件は常磐自動車道柏IC近くにある、平成18年竣工6階建の物流施設。テナントの日本通運と平成28年11月までの定期賃貸借契約を締結する。今回の取得に伴う業績予想への反映は、3月13日公表予定の第15期（平成25年1月期）決算短信にて併せて発表する予定。
