日本ロジスティクスファンド投資法人が第14期（平成24年7月期）決算を発表した。第14期は草加物流センターを取得。これにより前期比0.9%増益、1口当たり分配金は17,689円となった。第15期（平成25年1月期）は辰巳物流センターを取得。これによる賃貸収益及び前期に取得した物件の通期稼働が寄与し、前期比1.8%増益、1口当たり分配金は18,000円となる見通し。続く第16期（平成25年7月期）はテナント退去や固都税の増加を見込み、前期予想比2.8%減益、1口当たり分配金は17,500円となる見通し。
