日本ロジスティクスファンド投資法人が第13期（平成24年1月期）決算を発表した。第13期における物件取得はなし。修繕費及び固定資産除却損が増加する一方、テナント入居に伴う賃貸収益の増加及び前期の特別損失がなくなること等により前期比9.7%増益、1口当たり分配金は17,538円となった。第14期（平成24年7月期）は、草加物流センターを取得。これによる賃貸収益が寄与するも、既存物件のテナント退去及び横須賀物流センターのリニューアル工事費用発生により0.7%減益、1口当たり分配金は17,400円となる見通し。続く第15期（平成25年1月期）は、テナント退去による空室見込み及びリニューアル工事費計上により2.3%減益、1口当たり分配金は17,000円となる見通し。
