日本ロジスティクスファンド投資法人が第12期（平成23年7月期）決算を発表した。第12期における物件取得はなし。前期に取得した物件の通期稼働が寄与するも、震災に伴う費用300百万円計上により、前期比8.8%減益、1口当たり分配金は15,991円となった。第13期（平成24年1月期）は前期の特別損失がなくなることから前期比8.9%増益、1口当たり分配金は17,400円となる見通し。続く第14期（平成24年7月期）は、横須賀物流センター及び八千代物流センターのテナント退去を見込み4%減益、1口当たり分配金は16,700円となる見通し。
