日本ロジスティクスファンド投資法人が第13期(平成24年1月期)業績予想を修正した。横須賀物流センターのテナント退去を見込んでいたが、新たな賃貸借契約締結に伴う賃貸収益が寄与し、従来予想比5.3%増益、1口当たり分配金は17,400円となる見通し。
