日本ロジスティクスファンド投資法人が第12期（平成23年7月期）及び第13期（平成24年1月期）業績予想を修正した。東日本大震災により首都圏湾岸地域の保有物件を中心に一部物的損害が発生し、修繕費及び固定資産除却損計307百万円を第12期に特別損失として計上する。従来予想比10%減益、1口当たり分配金は15,300円となる見通し。続く第14期の1口当たり分配金は変動なし。
