日本ロジスティクスファンド投資法人が第11期（平成23年1月期）決算を発表した。第11期は物流施設1棟の取得により前期比14%増益、公募増資により投資口数が12%増加するも、1口当たり分配金は17,528円と前期を上回った。第12期（平成23年7月期）は、平成22年に取得した物件の固都税費用等により、前期比3%減益、1口当たり分配金は17,000円となる見通し。続く第13期（平成24年1月期）は、横須賀物流センターのテナント退去予定から前期予想比2.9%減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は16,500円となる見通し。%0d%0d
