日本ロジスティクスファンド投資法人が第10期（平成22年7月期）決算を発表した。第10期は、物流施設1棟を取得。これにより前期比8%増益、公募増資により投資口数が7%増加するも1口当たり分配金は17,330円と前期を上回った。第11期（平成23年1月期）は、今年2度目となる公募増資及び物件取得を実施。物件取得及び既存物件の建替に伴う収益が寄与し前期比12%増益、投資口数が12%増加するも1口当たり分配金は17,200円と前期と同水準となる見通し。続く第12期（平成23年7月期）は、固都税の増加等により、前期比2.7%減益、1口当たり分配金は16,800円となる見通し。
