日本ロジスティクスファンド投資法人（JLF）が投資口の追加発行を行う。JLFは2月にも公募増資を実施しており、今年2度目となる。発行口数は16,000口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出700口。これにより発行後の総投資口数は12%増の148,000口となる。調達資金は109億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件取得資金及び借入返済に充当する。新たに取得する物件は、千葉県市川市にある物流施設（共有持分90%）。取得額174億円は、JLFのポートフォリオで最大となる。売り主は、JLFとパイプサポートライン契約を締結する株式会社プロロジスが設立した特定目的会社。現在のテナントは2社で、2017年及び2019年までの定期賃貸借契約を締結済。これに伴い第11期（平成23年1月期）業績予想修正及び第12期（平成23年7月期）業績予想を発表した。第11期は、上記物件取得により従来予想比12%増益、投資口数が増加するも、1口当たり分配金は17,200円と従来予想と変動なし。続く第12期は、前期予想比増収を見込む一方、固都税等の増加により前期予想比2%減益、1口当たり分配金は16,800円となる見通し。
