日本ロジスティクスファンド投資法人が第9期（平成22年1月期）決算を発表した。第9期は物件の取得はなし。支払利息が増加するも、前期に取得した物件が通期稼働し、また前期に発生した除却損がなくなったことにより前期比8%増益、1口当たり分配金は17,234円となった。第10期（平成22年7月期）は、期初に投資口の追加発行と物流施設1棟の取得を行った。これにより7.2%増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は17,200円となる見通し。続く第11期（平成23年1月期）1口当たり分配金も同様に17,200円となる見通し。
