日本ロジスティクスファンド投資法人が投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は8,500口及びオーバーアロットメントによる売出500口。調達資金は約55億円を見込み、新規物件の取得資金に充当する。併せて千葉県習志野市の物流施設78億円の取得を発表。平成21年8月に提携した(株)プロロジスのパイプラインを活用した初の取得。これに伴い第10期（平成22年7月期）業績予想を修正。物件取得により7%増益を見込む一方、投資口数7%増により1口当たり分配金は17,200円と従来予想と変動なし。
